Service Description

We provide LinkedIn outreach automation services for B2B lead generation.

Data Sources

We utilize publicly available business intelligence from:

  • Professional Networking Platforms
  • Premium B2B Data Partners
  • Public Corporate Registries
  • Proprietary Market Signals

Client Responsibilities

By using our services, you (the Client) acknowledge that:

  1. You authorize us to conduct outreach on your behalf
  2. You understand that automated outreach carries inherent risks
  3. You agree to comply with relevant platform Terms of Service
  4. You will not use our service for spam or illegal purposes

Our Responsibilities

We commit to:

  • Isolate your data from other clients
  • Use residential IP proxies to minimize account ban risk (when opted in)
  • Maintain separate profiles per client
  • Follow ethical outreach practices

Liability

We are not responsible for:

  • Platform account restrictions or bans
  • Changes to third-party policies or detection methods
  • Third-party platform outages (Cloud Infrastructure, Networking Platforms, etc.)

Commitment & Termination

Services require a minimum initial commitment of 30 days. After the initial 30-day period, either party may terminate services with 7 days written notice.

Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the jurisdiction of the Service Provider's principal place of business, without regard to conflict of law principles.
